Marketplace Restrictions

Please note that there are Marketplace Restrictions for WOW Tech/Lovehoney Group products. While resellers may sell Womanizer, We-Vibe, Arcwave, ROMP, and pjur products from their brick-and-mortar stores as well as from their own webstores, it is prohibited to sell products via certain other channels (further defined in your agreement with us or your distributor). Such channels include, but are not limited to, third-party online sales sites and trading platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Jet, Walmart.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect the value of our brands, we have a MAP Policy which is monitored by our e-commerce and brand protection team.  The MAP Policy applies to the products listed in the policy of the brands We-Vibe, Womanizer, Arcwave and pjur and to all authorized distributors, retailers, and consultant companies who advertise products for sale in the United States and/or Canada.
